Nottingham Labour Councillors pay tribute to the public service of former councillor and Lord Mayor, Joyce Donn, who sadly passed away last month, aged 91. Joyce was a councillor for Bulwell East as well as Radford ward and served on a number of committees up until she stood down in 2000, including being the Vice Chair of the Leisure Services Committee. She will be remembered fondly as a dedicated Labour member who loved Nottingham, and councillors send their condolences to her friends and family at this sad time.
